Introduction¶
Here you can learn how to use the rewards program website and the features that the website offers.
This is also a resource for you if you run into issues with logging in to your account, registering for an account or seeing the rewards accumulated on your account.
Home Page¶
When you initially go to the website you will be presented with a Home Page. From this Home Page you are able to login and/or register for an account and see a welcome message which outlines the details of the rewards program.
Note
When you are logged out of an account you should see a page that looks similar to the picture above.

If we update details for the rewards program you will see them in this section(highlighted with a red box) as in the picture above.

When you are logged out of an account, you can login to your account from the section(highlighted with a red box) as in the picture above.
To login to your account, you must have registered for an account first.
Note
After you login to your account you should see a welcome message on the home page.
Note
On the right side you can see your Account Id, links to navigate around the site when logged in and alink to log out of your account.
Account Registration¶
If you don’t already have an account, you can register for an account on the website. One benefit of having an account with the website is that you will be able to get vouchers emailed to your email address and you will be able to see your Rewards Status.
Please note it is not a must to have an account with the website to receive rewards, we can find them and apply them to your purchase at the store.
Note
Please fill out a (3 step) form to create an account. Proceed through each step by pressing the “NEXT” button on the bottom right of the form. The “NEXT” button will not be enabled until the form is filled out with a valid email address and password.
Note
Firstly, you will need to give us your Email Address and pick a Password, so you can login to your account to see your Rewards Status.
Note
Second, you will need to have a Membership Number, you can get one when you make a purchase at the store.
Note
Now fill out the section with your Name, Address and Phone Number, in the last part of the registration.
Note
After filling out the forms part of the registration process, you should see a message that says “Signup Complete”. You can now click on “REWARDS PROGRAM HOME” button to be proceed to see your rewards status page.
Rewards Status Page¶
After you login to your account you should see your rewards status. This page may present data differently than in these screenshots, based on your spending and rewards.
Note
This page has three sections that display info based on your spending and rewards that you get.
Note
In the top section you will see: “Member Since”, year when signed up, “Latest” and “Lifetime” accumulated rewards.
Note
The “Progress” section displays the amount of rewards togo until you are at the max amount of spending to get rewards.
Note
The “Rewards” section displays your vouchers which you can use in the store in order to get money off on your purchases. You will see here the voucher amount used and the amount remaining to use on each voucher.
Note
On the right section of the rewards status page, you will see your Account Id and the total amount of rewards left to redeem from all vouchers, navigation links and a link to Sign out of your account.
View/Edit Account¶
On this page you can see your account info and edit it.
Note
Here you can edit your account info, if it should ever change when you move to another address or change your phone number, also you can change your account password from this page.
More Information¶
If you ever have issues with login or registration you can try things listed here, or you can let us know in the store or call us by phone to let us know and we will get things sorted out for you.

If you see Account not found then check your email address is typed in correctly.

If you see Password does not match then check your that your account password is typed in correctly.

If you see Topology was Destroyed then we are having some database issues, we apologize for the inconvenience, please try again later.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)¶
Question: Do I have to print out my vouchers and bring them into the store to redeem them?
Answer: | No, we can pull up your account by name or phone number and redeem rewards on your purchase in the store. |
